Unacceptable Conduct
The list details factors for sessions that are prohibited.
• Intoxication or being under the influence of substances
• Having animals, children or other people present. Communications must be confidential
• Loud or unnecessary noises that may be distracting
• Being in a public space
• Mental illness or instability. [Please present a doctor's note providing permission to participate in spiritual and wellness-related services.]
• Excessive interruptions through speech or action that impede the session
• Negative, hostile or offensive behavior
• Recording, sharing or distributing sessions by video and/or audio without express permission
• Being under the age of 18.
• Skeptics
Client Expectations
The list details minimum conduct expected of clients.
• A quiet, private space free from distractions for sessions
• Ability to listen
• Stable internet connection and device for online sessions.
• Ability to respond to requests for validation with either a "Yes, No, or I don't know"
Right to Terminate Services
Angel Dawn, her employees or her associates have the right to refuse service or terminate any services for any person and any type of goods based on service provider's professional opinion. Refunds for sessions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
